Announcement Request: Staff can upload materials for official school announcements and social media posts.

ATLAS: The Accessible Tool for Learning About Students (ATLAS) is a new system designed to streamline how special education cases are managed, covering every step from referral to placement for students with disabilities. (ATLAS InfoHub)

Bulk Copy Request: Bring this completed cover sheet as well as the pages to be copied to the main office.

CAASS*: View student ID card entry data and biographical information. (*elevated access required)

Curriculum Mapping: Shared Google Drive with staff-created curriculum for each course at QTHS.

DOE Attendance: Submit official attendance. This app can also be installed on your personal device: iOS App and the Android App (Attendance User Guide)

DOE Grades: Publish assignment and course grades to students and families. (Grades User Guide)

Email: Access Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft 365 tools.

Password and Profile Management: Reset your NYCPS password and update the profile information that appears in Outlook and Teams.

SESIS: Access special education documents including student IEPs.

Staff Handbook: Resources and guidelines for QTHS staff.

Stars Admin*: Edit student schedules, view transcripts, download reports. (*elevated access required; must be connected on an admin line or the Virtual Desktop)

Stars Classroom: View additional reports for students on your roster.

Student Information System (OASIS): View information on your students and quickly access DOE Attendance, Grades, and Messaging. (OASIS InfoHub)

Sunnyside Referral: Refer students for academic support from Sunnyside tutors.

TeachHub: Main portal for NYC Public Schools online teaching tools.

Tech Support: Request technical support for school-issued technology.

Translation Services: Teachers can call the Translation and Interpretation Unit at no cost to obtain an interpreter in over 200 languages any time of the day.
