**During July and August only, please email your transcript request directly to Ms. Salas Ocampo at our summer site, Aviation High School.**

Please follow these instructions to obtain an official transcript from Queens Technical High School. Official school transcripts serve as proof of graduation from New York City schools; we cannot issue copies of a diploma.

Please complete the Transcript Request Form and send it to Ms. Martinez. All transcript requests are $5.00. Please include a money order made payable to "Queens Technical High School" or bring cash to school with your request.
